Third-Party Data Processors & LLMs

To power our mentors, your conversation inputs, uploaded study documents, and chat histories are processed by third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers (including Google Cloud / Gemini API). We do not use your personal data to train these foundational models, but your prompts must temporarily pass through their secure APIs to generate responses.

Usage Tracking for Billing & Security

We actively monitor account IDs and email addresses strictly to track API token usage. This allows us to enforce subscription compute budgets, trigger fair-use model routing, and detect automated abuse. We do not sell this usage data to advertisers.

Data Upload Warning (Do Not Upload PII)

Our platform allows you to upload PDFs and images for homework assistance. You must never upload documents containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This includes, but is not limited to: government IDs, medical records, financial documents, or passwords. Ensure all uploaded materials are strictly academic.
