4. Prohibited Uses

4.1 Account Sharing
Each account is for a single individual user only. You may not share your login credentials, username, or password with any other person. If we detect simultaneous logins from different devices or locations suggesting account sharing, the account will be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Prompt Extraction
You may not attempt to extract, reproduce, or reverse-engineer the AI mentor system prompts, configurations, or instructional frameworks through any means — including but not limited to jailbreaking attempts, prompt injection, or repeated probing questions designed to reveal system instructions. These represent our core intellectual property.

4.3 Academic Fraud
You may not submit AI-generated responses from Project Zenith as your own original work to any school, examination board, or educational institution. Using AI assistance for coursework, internal assessments, or any graded work in a way that violates your institution's academic integrity policy is your responsibility and not something Project Zenith endorses or supports.

4.4 Commercial Exploitation
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise commercialize access to the platform or its content. You may not use the platform to build a competing product or service.

4.5 Harmful or Illegal Content
You may not use the AI mentors to generate content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or illegal. The mentors are designed to redirect off-topic requests, but attempts to circumvent this will result in account termination.

4.6 Technical Interference
You may not attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure, servers, or underlying systems. This includes automated scraping, denial of service attempts, or any unauthorized access to backend systems.

Prohibited AI Interactions (Jailbreaking & Injection)

You must interact with the AI mentors as intended for academic purposes. It is strictly prohibited to attempt "prompt injection," "jailbreaking," or any technique designed to extract the AI's underlying system instructions, bypass its safety guardrails, or force it to adopt an unauthorized persona (e.g., "Developer Mode").

Automated Scraping & Bot Abuse

The use of automated scripts, bots, headless browsers, or any software designed to mass-query the AI or scrape its responses is strictly forbidden. This severely impacts our compute budgets and degrades the experience for human students. Any account detected using automated tools will be permanently terminated without a refund.

Strict Subject Domain Enforcement

Project Zenith mentors are specialized academic tools. You may not use the platform to seek real-world medical diagnoses, financial advice, legal counsel, or psychological therapy. The AI is designed strictly for high school syllabus preparation.
